Meiji TC-5500CW / TC-5600CW Inverted Epi-Fluorescence Biological LED Microscope

The Meiji TC-5500CW / TC-5600CW Inverted Epi-Fluorescence Biological LED Microscope is designed for routine examination of tissue cultures, microbes, and other live specimens in petri dishes and culture bottles. The TC-5000 Series combines efficient performance with brightfield, phase contrast, and epi-fluorescence capabilities.

Both models feature an integrated front-mounted camera port with adapters available for 35mm, CCD/CMOS, and other cameras. The PE-300W/LEDTC LED fluorescence illumination kit is configured for DAPI, FITC, TRITC, and Cy5 fluorophores, with three-channel independent control for precise excitation intensity adjustment.

The fluorescence system allows stains to be viewed individually or in combination without changing filter cubes. It provides instant on/off operation, precise intensity control from 0–100% in 1% steps, broad-spectrum coverage from UV DAPI to the red Cy5 region, and up to 25,000 operating hours.
