Shipping Information
- Most orders ship within 72 hours from our US or international warehouses.
- Special orders may take 2-3 weeks or longer. Please check individual product pages for specific shipping timeframes for these items.
- To ensure secure delivery, most items ship with signature required. You can request otherwise during checkout.
Expedited Shipping
- Expedited shipping options are available. Costs are calculated at checkout based on the quantity, weight, and destination of your order.
- Expedited shipping only reduces the time your package is in transit. It does not affect order processing timeframes.
Change Shipping Method or Address
- To change your shipping method or address after placing an order, please submit a request immediately by contacting us via phone or email.
- Once an order has shipped, it cannot be modified. You'll need to follow our returns process if you wish to change shipping methods after the package has left our facility. Learn more about our return policy.
International Orders
We're here to help with your international order. Contact us for guidance on imports and other questions.
- To ensure secure transactions, all international orders must be shipped to the confirmed billing address of the credit card or PayPal account.
- Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, including those associated with returns.
- Please provide any required documentation for your shipment to be successfully delivered. This may include customs forms, import permits, etc.
Estimated Delivery
- Estimated Delivery: The timeframe when you can expect to receive your order. It takes into account the processing time for your order (lead time) and the carrier's delivery timeframe (transit time).
- Expedited Shipping: Choosing expedited shipping (e.g., Next Day Air) reduces the time your package is in transit, but it does not change the lead time needed to prepare your order.
Oversized Items
- Oversized items within the contiguous United States can be shipped via freight. Deliveries occur on weekdays.
- Freight delivery means your item will be secured to a pallet and delivered to your address. It does not include bringing the item inside, unpacking, or disposing of the packaging. These tasks are the customer's responsibility.
- Before signing for your delivery, please carefully inspect the shipment. Report any visible damage to the delivery driver and refuse the shipment.
- We cannot be held liable for property damage caused by shipping carriers. For any damage claims, please contact the carrier directly. We're happy to provide their contact information.
Shipping Damage
- Thoroughly inspect your package when it arrives. Report any damage to the carrier immediately for insurance claim purposes.
- If you discover non-visible damage after opening your package, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery.
- If the equipment arrives visibly damaged or unusable, refuse the delivery and contact us immediately.
