The Meiji EMZ-8U Binocular Stereo Microscope with MA502 Eyepieces and PLS-1 LED Stand is a complete stereo microscope configuration designed for high-resolution observation, precision inspection, and routine microscopy applications. The system combines the EMZ-8U binocular zoom microscope head, MA502 Super Widefield 10X eyepiece pair, and PLS-1 low-profile LED stand.
The EMZ-8U features a 0.7X–4.5X zoom range with a 6.5:1 zoom ratio and a 104mm working distance. Greenough optics provide improved image flatness and contrast, while the 360° rotatable binocular body and dual graduated zoom controls provide flexible operation.
The MA502 Super Widefield 10X eyepiece pair provides a Field No. 23.0, 16mm eye relief, 25mm focal length, and a 25mm reticle mount. The MA502 eyepieces are included with this configuration.
The PLS-1 is a low-profile pole stand with built-in incident LED illumination. Its illumination can be operated independently or simultaneously, providing convenient lighting for opaque specimens and inspection applications. The stand includes an F focusing holder with an 84.5mm round opening and a 94.5mm reversible stage plate.
