Meiji COX/LED Coaxial Vertical Illuminator with Transformer
Meiji TechnoThis coaxial vertical illuminator is used when observing flat, highly reflective specimens such as integrated circuits, semi-conductor wafers, polished metal specimens, solder balls, or magnetic recording heads. The coaxial vertical illuminator mounts between the RZB body and the binocular viewing head and directs light from a LED lamp down through the objective onto the specimen. The coaxial illuminator is powered by a free standing transformer. Total magnification is increased by a factor of 1.5X when using the coaxial illuminator.
