Description

Fluorescence microscopy is a common tool for today's life science research because it allows the use of multi-color staining, labeling of structures within cells, and the measurement of the physiological state of a cell.

With a field of view of 22 mm, B-510 fluorescence microscopes offers a reliable and durable solution delivering contrasted and sharp images through the impressive optics.

The full Köhler system optimizes the microscope optical path to produce high sample contrast and homogeneous bright light, reducing image artifacts, whilst the state-of-the-art, exclusive X-LED³ lighting source makes sure your specimen will be properly and homogeneously illuminated with incredibly low consumption and significantly long lifespan.

Choose between the traditional HBO fluorescence (supporting every specific filter sets and ideal for future upgrade) and the most convenient LED fluorescence (eliminating warm-up/cool-down times and all the inconveniences related lamp replacement and adjustment). Objectives are IOS W-PLAN on models with LED fluorescence, or the superb Semi-Apochromatic IOS W-PLAN F on HBO fluorescence to give the most with particularly weak conditions of fluorescence and UV filter.
