The Accu-Scope EXM-150 monocular microscope series is designed for middle and high school students and offers a practical combination of quality optics and useful features. The microscope includes a 10x eyepiece with pointer, while the head rotates 360° for convenient viewing, sharing, and storage.
The reversed nosepiece design positions the unused objectives away from the user, helping protect the front lenses from accidental handling. Standard configurations include 4x, 10x, and 40x objectives, with a 100x oil immersion objective available as an option and included with EXM-151 models.
A built-in carry handle makes the microscope easy to move safely. Depending on the model selected, the series is available with either a fixed plain stage or an XY mechanical stage. The mechanical stage features convenient drop-down XY controls for precise specimen positioning.
The EXM-150 series features coarse and fine focusing controls along with rechargeable LED illumination. A built-in cord wrap on the rear keeps the power cord organized when the microscope is not in use.
The series includes four monocular models and four models with dual-view teaching heads. Models ending in T feature a dual-view teaching head, models containing 151 include a 100x oil immersion objective, and models containing MS are equipped with a mechanical stage.
