This new series is like two microscopes in one and is recommended for educational uses in the high school (grades 10-12). It offers both micro and macro viewing capabilities with its dual light sources, separate top light for viewing opaque or macro specimens (up to 100x) and bottom light for standard micro slide viewing (up to 400x). The microscope is powered by a rechargeable NiMH battery that has a bulb life of approximately 12,000 hours (and equivalent to a 20w bulb). A floating stage makes viewing and slide manipulation easy. Each configured model comes with a widefield 10x eyepiece and 2x, 4x 10x, and 40x DIN objectives. Precise focusing is achieved via a coaxial coarse & fine adjustment mechanism. Choose from a model with monocular, dual view or binocular head. The microscope is manufactured with all metal construction and comes with a ten year warranty and FREE ONE YEAR EXTENDED WARRANTY.
