Rare find from an antique fair in the Hamptons, eastern end of Long Island, New York. Was vendor's fathers' microscope from medical school in Germany, probably from the 1930's - all original parts in great near mint condition, circular mechanical stage, mirror and fork assembly, rare, brass and stainless finish, heavy gauge metal adds weight to this quality piece, dove tailed wooden box with copy of original manual, and assorted accessories (slides, cover slips and some of drs own personal slide collection) accompany this show case piece of fine German workmanship.
